Month 1
History of the kurti, fabric, trims, measurements and the basic kurti draft, then cutting, stitching, finishing, necklines, facings and plackets.
Month 2
Pockets, then the styles — A-line, kaftan, angrakha, asymmetric, indo-western and short kurtis — with styling, pricing, a photoshoot and branding.
Month 3
Keep practising with support — doubt sessions continue until the end of month 3.
After the course
Your Govt. of India certificate, and the LMS stays open for 365 days.

Muslin, printed cotton, georgette, raw silk, brocade and a fusible canvas sheet; pattern paper, carbon paper, a tracing wheel, scales, a measuring tape, tailor’s chalk, a fabric marker and a black marker; and scissors, a thread cutter, threads, pearl pins, a needle case, elastic, hooks and eyes, and zippers.
